Kalizya Chifunda – Zambia
Kalizya Kakoma Chifunda, a Zambian cinematographer and camera operator, has over six years of experience in film and TV. Known for her creative vision and skills, Kalizya has a strong reputation from her work on many popular local productions.
She recently worked as a cinematographer on the Zambezi Magic show INKONDO. The series, whose title translates to “War”, represents another significant milestone in her expanding portfolio of impactful storytelling.
Kalizya’s extensive television portfolio encompasses work on several beloved programmes, including roles in Makofi (Season 3), Zuba (Season 8), and Pamaliketi (Season 2).
With an unwavering commitment to elevating African narratives through cinematic excellence, Kalizya persistently pushes creative boundaries whilst inspiring emerging visual storytellers across Zambia and beyond.
