Welcome to the home of EAGLES, Elders Action Groups for Land and Environment. Some of us are new to environment and climate activism and some will have been working for years in organisations. Each of us has faced a personal reckoning and decided that there is no better use of our wisdom and strength, our time and resources, and our anger and good will, than to join in this struggle. 

Elders in African communities hold a revered position, often seen as the keepers of wisdom and knowledge passed down through generations. These are our magnificent EAGLES
