About WOSSO

They are a dynamic consortium uniting two leading Southern Women’s Rights Organisations (WROs) โ€“ Gender Links and ARROW โ€“ with the respected UK development organisation Mannion Daniels. This strategic partnership combines deep expertise in gender equality with extensive development experience.

Advocacy and linking

WOSSO takes a comprehensive approach to advancing women’s rights by:

  • Building capacity of grassroots women leaders and organisations

  • Amplifying women’s voices in key regional and international policy spaces

  • Generating rigorous evidence to inform gender-responsive policymaking

  • Supporting women-led advocacy initiatives across the global south
